Q. We have your starter kit but would like sample panels for display in our funeral home, do you provide these?
A. Yes, we sell samples of most of our products, there is a sales tools order form in your starter kit or you can call us at 866.463.7801 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Q. We have a family that is interested in your panels but they don't see any panels that represent their loved one, can you design a panel to meet their request?
A. Yes, we can create custom panels for most any request. Many times the family will have photos they wish to use for a custom background or we can create one.

Q. How can we make sure the panel we order will fit inside the casket?
A. We ask that you measure the inside lid of the casket where the panel will be inserted so we can cut the panel to those exact measurements. Not all casket lids are alike even if they are the same model, measure the casket the panel will go into when possible.

Q. We ordered a panel/portrait for a family a long time ago and now the family has requested more copies of the same order, is it possible to order a copy of the origianl job?
A. Yes, we back-up every order we do. All we ask for is the date of the original order and the last name of the deceased. All reprints are sold at a reduced cost to funeral homes.

Q. Is it too late to order a frame for a family, we placed this order months ago?
A. No, it is never too late to order a frame, we stock standard 14 1/2" x 31 1/2" frames and will special order any other size upon request at no additional charge.

Q. We have seen products similar to yours offered by other companies, why should we order your products over theirs?
A. We love that question because we are #1 in the personalization industry, no other company that offers similar products has been around as long as we have so obviously we have more experience! We are the originators of personalized casket panel inserts. Don't be fooled by "copy-cats" who use generic panels without names and dates, and ask the family to surrender an original family photo (if their lucky enough to have one that fits the panel correctly), there is nothing personal about that method. We touch-up every photo, remove unwanted backgrounds, and can reproduce as many copies of the panel as needed today or 5 years from now!
